On 18th Jan 2011 we went to pick up a new wine barrel to mature some of our 2010 wine, from Alastair Simms, Master Cooper at Wadworth brewery, Devizes, Wiltshire. It's hand-coopered by Alastair from new French sessile oak grown in the Allier region.
