Delivery

We deliver cases (a case is 12 bottles) free of charge in Somerset, Devon, the ex-Avon area, Gloucester, Wiltshire and Dorset.

For other destinations we charge at cost for transit-packing and courier. As a guide this is currently around £12.00 per case for mainland delivery in the UK.

When we receive your order by e-mail we will contact you to agree delivery or courier options and confirm the total price, before you commit yourself.

We are a small enterprise without a staffed office so please bear with us. Our normal response time is within two days and delivery within two weeks. We make strenuous efforts to respond to more urgent requests.

Your order

Let us know by phone or e-mail:

- how many cases, of which wines, you would like;

- for mixed cases, how many bottles of each wine. Prices are in proportion to the mix;

- any important deadlines;

- (optional) phone number and convenient times to call you to discuss delivery or courier options. But if you prefer, we can work through e-mail.

When we make contact we shall need:

- your delivery address;

- any specific instructions for finding you and leaving the wine;

- your billing address.
